Disney Magic Kingdoms App Reviews

This past update made the game not as responsive to touch when collecting from attractions. Also it keeps telling me characters are ready for a new mission when in fact they are not. Its getting annoying to have so many updates that are not real popping up. Also it takes so many items to unlock certain characters. I currently have four missions all to unlock different characters. Its hard to collect all the items for each one. It would be nice if they were more spaced out. But its been a week of me trying to collect items for them and Im not able to unlock even one yet. Its a bit frustrating. Over all I do love the game. It just needs some adjustments and tweaks. Honestly my fav Disney online game was Disneys Virtual Magic Kingdom. I wish you would bring that one back.

I love this game! But I hate that after the update the notifications are going crazy on my phone! The minute I close the app it tells me that everyone is done with their quest individually. I wish when several characters finish something at the same time I just get one notification. Instead my phone doesnt stop buzzing for a straight minute! I know I can turn them off but then I forget to go back and collect.

I feel like the game should go faster, but it drags out. Its fun though and I cant wait to see what else will occur in the storyline with more characters. Hopefully it wouldnt take months to unlock them! On a side note, notifications for the game are lagged and dont sync up with my game for some reason. Dont know why this is happening.

I love this game, but now when I open it, the game loft logo appears, but it immediately closes and it does that EVERYTIME I open the app

This game is fun and stimulating but since the May 4th update, it takes 30 minutes to an hour to load, which defeats an apps purpose as a time passer.

Is a really fun game, yes it haves in-app purchase but is not a requirement to play it. Yes is a grind game, you need a lot of magic and you dont get a lot from buildings and characters. But with this last update they mess it up,Im getting a lot of advertisement from other stuff... It really bothers some cause you get an ad every 2 minutes or so.

You guys seriously need to update this again bc when I give my characters a task to do it notifies me and say that they are done, then when I get on the game the times starts over as if I never told them to do something... Explain! Update your mess and you guys owe us some extra gems too bc of this screw up!

Love this game and I am really hoping that Lion King characters will be coming soon.

I used to love playing this game. It was a great way to pass the time and, as a Disney fanatic, I thought it was great that I could make my own park! This all changed when the latest update came. The wishes are extremely difficult to get as the children rarely wish anymore. I dont get as many magic potions as I used to because of the lack of wishes that contribute to the overall lack of happiness in my park. The diamonds are ridiculous. Theyre almost impossible to get unless you buy them. The packs to buy them are expensive for what youre getting too! I understand that some aspects of the game should be bought with diamonds but please dont make it so that I lose a major chunk of the game unless I buy your precious diamonds. I do enjoy playing this game but the aforementioned negative qualities are too pronounced to overlook. Please take the time to address some of these issues, if not all.

Im a Disney fanatic and would give it a billion stars but...... Ditto what everyone else is saying: -takes too long to load areas, characters, etc. -not enough magic given at attractions, shops, etc. -cant get certain characters til u defeat Pete how do u do that? -etc., etc., etc., ............. -cheaters! How in 4 hours of collecting brooms do u get 145 brooms??????????Everyone else is in single digits

I am a Disney fanatic who downloaded this app shortly after visiting Walt Disney World and have not missed a day since. My sister and I were the first to download it, then I got my best friend to download it and play with us to of course get more magic by visiting his kingdom! Out of our group I was the only one to use real money to buy Pluto and when it came available his house too. I used to get the daily reward from the game. And randomly one day I wasnt receiving the reward. But my friends were. I knew I received a special reward at the 30 day mark but lost track when that day was because I wasnt receiving the daily. Both of my friends still play, but not as much as me and still have received the 30 day Astro blaster reward. This game has its own customer service in the option screen. I have contacted them about this issue about not receiving my daily reward. I have received no response or resolution to the issue. As a paying customer I find it ridiculous of how much money this app is making fanatics like me want to spend for making a Disney kingdom. The cost to buy gems is outrageous. I know to go to Disney world the prices are high to keep the low lifes out. I would think this app would be made to help the less fortunate people be able to experience disney world in their own & be able to create their happy place. I consider myself blessed that my mother gets to go to a convention every year and I get to tag along for a discount price. Otherwise it would be very hard to be able to afford a trip to Disney world. I havent even gotten into game play reviews about this game because I most likely wont be playing this game much longer because its asking too much to be happy and complete the game. Rob the poor to feed the rich.

I had been playing for a month and it just stopped working. I Like the game, but cant even play anymore. I even uninstalled and installed again. Keeps crashing...

Until the event that started today I would have considered this game to be a moderately fun time waster worth 3 stars. Then the event started. It is exactly the same event that ended a few days ago. I can understand when a game recycles an extremely popular event months later, but there was nothing about the brooms event that needed repeating. Im deleting the app off my phone and concentrating my time on Avengers Academy.

I love the concept of the game and the 10 minutes I get to interact with it. Literally. Here are some issues it has: 1. The opportunities to acquire gems are small yet, in order to get some characters and attractions, you need to save your gems for probably 6 months. 2. Another issue with gems is they can be used to speed up the time for an attraction to give you magic. God help you if you are trying to tap on a broom or Raven and you accidentally tap on the speed up bottom of the attraction because there goes at least a months worth of you saving gems. The speed up feature should have a double-tap requirement to confirm that you would like to waste your gems. 3. The brooms and Ravens should not be walking in circles around an attraction. There is so much walkway available for them to get around that they dont need to be right next to the attractions. 4. The time it takes to complete tasks and level up characters is ridiculous. There is a 60 seconds option for a few characters while everyone else starts with 1 hour tasks. Then it jumps to 2 hours, then 4, 6, 8, 12, 18, and even 24 hours. That is ridiculous. What is wrong with 5 minute, 15 minute, 30 minute, or 45 minute tasks? The increments for leveling characters are 6 seconds, 6 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4, 6, 8, 12, and 24 hours. I am almost fed up with this game. I really hope the producers of this game will listen to the suggestions we are all bringing forward and to use the feedback as constructive criticism to make a better product. The way its set up now discourages people from wanting to continue playing it.

I really enjoy this game but the amount of time the quests take makes it a game I forget about. If the quests were shorter or there were more game options it would be an all the time game for me.

The game is great, which is why I keep playing. But when you have to tap the screen to collect your magic and stars its very easy to accidentally tap an attraction and make the menu pop up to use your gems on speeding up things. I never mean to do this, and it is far too easy to lose 20+ gems on accident... Its almost like it was designed like this? Its tough to come across gems and I think it be beneficial to have an "are you sure?" pop up to happen after you click on the gem option, either that or change where the gem button is. Again. Gems are WAAAAAY too hard to come across and are very expensive to purchase. I will not be spending money on this game.

Like most games of this type its a little of a grind, but it does a good job of keeping it interesting.

I love the game I find it very enjoyable but there are times when the happiness goes down but what I highly dislike is that there are times when what your character are doing has barely changed a minute
