This game is great and all but every time I get gems something happens to the game and then I end up with 81 gems less than I had before and I never use the gems.. Fix this issue.. Stop trying to male money like this.

The graphics on this game are amazing! I love the characters however, there are several issues. I downloaded the game for myself and my grandchildren. The play can be tedious with boring long jobs for characters. Most importantly, there is no confirm spend for hard earned diamonds -the in game currency. A mis tap and all your diamonds are gone. It is very frustrating. Rewards are few and far between. Tasks are tedious. They overlap with no clear goal. I do not recommend this game unless you plan on spending lots of money to play. I will not pay to play - they need a way to protect your in game cash from accidental spending.

I love this game but Im having tons of trouble with the happiness meter. I had reached ecstatic and all was good, but then all of a sudden it started going down!! Every time I open the app the level is lower than when I left it. Im so annoyed. I dont know if Im the only one having this problem but it needs to be fixed please!!

I love Disney, and Im a bit embarrassed to say Ive bought in-app purchases for this game. I loved the flow in the beginning of the game. The story lines were engaging, and the wait times were manageable. Im level 26 now, and I feel like Ill never be able to defeat Zurg (and ergo, unlock Rapunzel because shes my favorite). And all the "Clean Sweep" challenges are just a nuisance. Its so difficult to earn enough money to unlock characters, the amount of time to complete tasks is getting exceeded ridiculous, and half the time you dont earn a your items needed to level up a character when you specifically pick a task so you can get that item. I love Disney, I was friends with Tinker Bell at Disney World, and Im only playing until I get Rapunzel. Invest your time in a game like "Whale Trail" instead.

I have had this game for about a week now and it has recently decided to crash every time I open it... It would be nice to be blue to play especially since I have tasks that are finished.

I usually dont like these type of games, but Im really enjoying it. One of my biggest problems is Jessie. She get on my nerves so much every time she says "Yes" or when she gasps and then proceeds to say "Yeah". I find she talks constantly, and no other characters say anything at all. It wouldnt be so annoying if the others talked and it was like a rotation. Im seriously going insane every time I get on the app and she starts shouting. It never fails I hear it at least once every time I get on. Most of the time that annoying cowgirl shouts to welcome me right when the game is loading. The music and sound effects in the game bring so much enjoyment, but I do not want to mute it just because Jessie does not know how to shut up. The only time I actually find peace and sanctuary from her is whenever she is leveling up. If it wasnt for the missions and the fact that other characters need to level up as well, I would probably just leave her in that place so I DO NOT NEED TO HEAR HER ANNOYING VOICE! Please please please fix this somehow. I really like Jessie in Toy Story 2, but this game is starting to make me dislike her. Just shut off her voice so there wont be a wedge between her and me anymore. You made me lose my sanity, and now you need to fix this problem you caused. Thank you and have a magical day.

Every Time I log into game and tap Ravens my gems disappear! Took forever to earn them. Will be deleting game. Game jumps around too much to be trying to tap Ravens! Very disappointing gaming experience. Game is more stable now. Someone from gameloft needs to go into the gameloft forum and remove what appears to be adult porn links? Very disturbing to see!

The game was fun at first, but I agree with other reviews that tasks take longer the higher in level you go. I also have had the problem of closing the game and it doesnt keep going. Ive opened the game several times after so many hours (one time 12+ hours later) and the game hadnt progressed at all.

I agree with the other reviewers. The game is beautiful and I like seeing some of my favorite characters. I feel that since I updated this game, my happiness level depletes too quickly and I never have enough people with "wishes" to increase my level. This is frustrating. I also agree that gems should be given faster and it takes WAY too long (and too much magic) to accomplish tasks. Ive been playing consistently since the game was released and I think its ridiculous that I need over 30,000 magic to activate a character once I manage to get all of the "rare" drop items to get the character. And spending 60,000 magic to clear an area is crazy. It would be great if they made these goals more achievable. It would definitely keep me more interested in the game.

A few problems: The accidentally gem using. Having a second screen its a good idea The slow time to complete missions. Instead of 2 hours, they need 12 My happiness meter is going crazy!!! Every time I play I have less happiness... Help 911 Huge Disney fan but the game needs some improvements.

Really fun to play

This game is really fun and I love building the Disney park and earning all the characters. BUT, like many others have said, now that my characters are getting higher in levels it takes way too long to complete tasks or level up, and the amount of gems they charge for special characters/items is ridiculous. As much as I love the game, I probably wont play it much longer because its so frustrating to make any progress.

5/1/16 Update I have been noticing a change on the happiness level at the park. The kids now arrive with special wishes for the characters and not necessarily the rides. Maybe one or two for the rides and the rest for the characters that are already busy performing quests! So the happiness level at the park continues to go down down. Also if you are not in the game often the happiness level continues to be reduced and extremely difficult to manage. This must have been introduced in the recent upgrade. This game is becoming more difficult and tedious. The clock is ticking to delete unless they improve game play, reduce the costs of things and the await time and just make the game fun to play. 4/15/16 Update The recent upgrade addressed some bugs but there are still some fundamental issues. The navigation and zooming in and out are still not up to par. The ability to introduce characters into the game is inconsistent. Some you gain by quests but others are only available by ridiculously high amount of gems which are extremely difficult to earn or cost al lot of real money. I understand the need to monetize but really come on! I find I only go to the game now to check on progress and not necessarily to play

As a Disney lover I am addicted to this game. If I was not a Disney lover I definitely wouldnt be. As many other people have stated this game has problems! I have two really big complaints! 1) This game crashes and freezes ALL OF THE TIME! Especially when starting up the game. 2) If you ever need your phone at all during the day, and you dont have a portable charger. Dont play this game because it KILLS your battery. If I play for 10 minutes my battery will go down at least 20%! Like I said this game is fun, but if I wasnt such a big fan of Disney I would not be playing this still. Also, the only real way to complete this game is if you spend real money on it. The prices of some characters are just ridiculous, especially the characters you have to pay with rubies. Once again Disney is doing what it takes to make even more money.

This game is fantastic, I adore it so much, but goodness sakes its a little ridiculous in some ways. For one, some of the tasks are outstandingly long. What is the point in having to wait an 24 hours to even get to play? Also, the pricing on things is a joke. They offer gems to complete tasks quicker and buy certain things, but to skip say a 2 hour task, its about 20 gems! Thats outrageous! I went and looked to see how much it would be to skip an entire mission and it required 826 gems. I mean for real?! I laughed! They really need to fix this. I understand they need to make a profit, but the gem business is plain silly and unprofessional. I dont think the app will go far if it continues like this.

Fun game to pass the time away but the gems are outrageously priced. If you want all the characters and attractions plan on spending a lot of real money. If it was reasonably priced I would have given it 5 stars.

I like this game. Its fun to build the kingdoms and release spells. It can be a little tedious because some actions that characters have to do take 6 hours or more. In order to increase your happiness, children have to interact with the characters and if they are doing a job, they cannot interact with children. Children can leave and take the potential for happiness with them. Its important to keep granting the childrens wishes, because you lose happiness over time if you dont keep the kids happy. The only way to speed up the task the character is doing is to use gems. You so rarely earn gems and in some cases it can take 14 or more gems to speed the character up. There are also some buildings that need to be purchased with gems, so you cant get very far without purchasing gems- that is not the problem I have. Say you are buying streetlights or rosebushes. You pay once and then you get two rosebushes or streetlights and go back to the game. I went to buy a building after purchasing $10 in gems. I set the building down, and another one immediately appeared to set down. I thought "oh, you get 2 like the rosebushes." I ended up setting down 3 total and was like "okay, this seems a bit off." I got CHARGED for all 3 buildings! When I bought Plutos house, I just bought the house and it returned to the game, there was no option to keep setting down another Pluto house. Not so with the Apprentices Station. I ended up wasting SEVENTY gems I paid for on 2 extra buildings I did not want or need. What a rip-off. Now I cant buy other things I need without spending more actual money, I have nowhere near enough gems to buy the next building to level up. Stop doing confusing things and ripping people off!!!

Love this game, however I am stuck at a quest that is apparently broken. I have been promised a fix several times via email and phone call and its still not fixed. Its been 3 weeks. Im probably going to give up and stop trying.

I play like once a day and my happiness was at the third level now its down to the first. It seems you have to play all the time to get it to go up.

Look out this game is a lot of fun not gona lie it is a bit glitchy but worth the time check it out
