I love the game but I have a big problem with paying for anything in the game.I paid for the Pluto bundle pack only to have to master reset my phone. When I restarted my game I was Plutoless. I called and emailed Gameloft only for them to first send Pluto to my wife than when I notified them of that they told me that only my wife paid for him even though I showed them proof of purchase. They refused and even argued with me about the fact that when I contacted them it was first on my wifes game. I had to contact ITunes only for them to tell me yeah we see your purchase and now I have to wait to get a refund because they refused to even acknowledge that I paid for Pluto. Word to the wise do ever lose a character and have to ask for them to help
