I love the game but I have a big problem with paying for anything in the game.I paid for the Pluto bundle pack only to have to master reset my phone. When I restarted my game I was Plutoless. I called and emailed Gameloft only for them to first send Pluto to my wife than when I notified them of that they told me that only my wife paid for him even though I showed them proof of purchase. They refused and even argued with me about the fact that when I contacted them it was first on my wifes game. I had to contact ITunes only for them to tell me yeah we see your purchase and now I have to wait to get a refund because they refused to even acknowledge that I paid for Pluto. Word to the wise do ever lose a character and have to ask for them to help

This is the best Gameloft could do with this license? I cant put it more simply than to say that there is just nothing to it. Even if you were to pay to play, the longest you could actually play the game (without literally doing absolutely nothing) is 4-5 minutes. The stuff you can do in that short amount of time is not fun or cool in any way. Imagine what Sims could do with a game like this! Lastly, and most importantly to the point, my 5 year old who devours anything Disney said "Why didnt they make this game more fun?" Im so curious as to who makes decisions that result in failures like this.

I love Disney and was excited for this game. I loved it at first but the farther into the game I got the more disappointed I became. They expect you to spend tons and I mean tons of money if you want all the characters. Plus leveling up characters or completing tasks or unlocking characters takes an extremely long time once you actually get into the game. I have also run into several tech issues and when j have contacted customer support I dont even get a response not even weeks later! I loved this game at first and am highly disappointed. Sadly I will be deleting.

Has provided me with hours of fun. My inner kid loves it.

Fun game! However occasionally I will come back hours later and no time has elapsed in the game.

This game is very fun. It wasnt what I expected... it was better. And the fact that you dont have "energy" makes it even better. This is coming from a Disney Fanatic. I highly recommend this game.

This is an amazing game with tons of potential. However the time it takes to play this game is ridiculous! 18 hours for a task, and for a "chance" of getting a needed item and then not getting that item, so stupid, so frustrating. Then you have 4 characters (each needing an exorbitant amount of items and magic) at one time to get and then expand the park for 65k! You honestly cant do it without spending tons of money. Even if you get the special offers you get nowhere. To sent your characters for an 18 hour task is stupid and not get needed item, is stupid. How can it hold anyones interest for long. Im out! Not going to waste my time anymore!!!

I love this game! Very exciting and addicting. Kinda of wish there were more ways to get gems. I cannot wait to get new characters either!

I love the idea of the game and its really addicting to keep coming back to play and see how the park is doing. But the game play is really, really slow. Leveling up is quick at first but then if you want to get anywhere in the game its long wait times like 24/48 hours and gems... If they make changes and changes quick this game is a total hit, if not many I feel will leave due to the nature that it is so slow to do anything..

I am adding to my review. Im getting very fed up with the game freezing and taking longer to complete tasks because it freezes. I feel like I cant "kill" the app otherwise Ill risk it freezing on me. As Im writing this, all of my tasks are 2 hours behind of what they should be. Also, its ridiculous to buy diamonds for new characters and such. I almost did, but then the freezing happened again and I decided not to. Please fix this issue. I just started playing a few days ago, and I love this game, but there are a couple issues. The main one is, sometimes the same seems to freeze up and Ill go in after one of the missions should be over and there is still time on it. Its not always a big deal, but some of the missions already take up a lot of time. The 2nd one is, if possible, could there be a way to confirm you want to spend your diamonds? Ive hit it on accident while trying to click on the brooms(which are hard to click anyways). Overall, I really enjoy this game, but if the freezing thing could get fixed, that would be great!

Let me list the positives first: 1) the graphics are wonderful in this game! Bright colors and the characters look great! 2) the character are well....in character! I love their little personalities 3) if you are a good multitasker this game can be fun.....(i say this with a little hint of what i want to say later in the con section). 4) the beginning of the game is fun and does get addicting With that said here is where this game falls flat: 1) the wait is atrocious!!!!! Once when you start trying to get mike and daisy the drop rate of their items plummets! Even at the highest happiness if i do a 8-12 hr task it is RARE that i will get an item that they need and they need like 6-8 of each item requirement!!!! Who has time to spend 8+ hrs waiting for a hat and dont get it?!?! 2) parades are little to no rewards. You have to wait every 24 hrs to do a parade and you have to use magic to get them activated. Ok thats fine so you spend magic to get 1/2 the magic you spent back with a chance at a character item depending on the float. Oh wait most of the time you only get magic.....wait didnt i just spend 400 magic and only got 200 back with NO ITEMS?!?! What a rip off. Long story short if the game had more frequent drops for items with less time to get them i would give the game a 4-5 star but since this game thinks we have all the time in the world obviously its ok to send a character to do a task for 8+ hrs and dont get a much needed hat to upgrade/get new character. By the time you beat pete and get buzz lightyear the game goes downhill because everything is much harder and more time consuming to get. If you have patience great game. If not i would skip it and save the memory on your phone/ipad
