I’ve been playing for 11 years. this is a fantastic game, but there are some problems that take a long time for the devs or whatever to fix, like the time turner and the scrolls. being able to buy them from the potion shop has been broken since Christmas. still not working. number two, unless you spent a lot of money, (or any money at all) they will not look into things coming up missing, when there’s a new update in the game. like losing characters, I have lost and gained so many characters with absolutely no proof that I’ve leveled them up before they disappear. Please fix the bug and take care of all of the players not just the money spend ones

I got an update, and soon afterwards my accomplishments disappeared. I lost my season pass, my gems I purchased and I just opened a chest and got Jafar of Aladdin. I tried to contact them via email and through the app, only to be ignored. I have spent so much money on this game to be treated this way. I only ask that they restore what I already had or refund me my money for the characters and gems I purchased. They also asked for my screen ID only to do nothing! I’m very disappointed and frustrated with this game. It’s almost not worth the frustration and just delete the game.

I think it would be awesome to have a marvel event with iron man and captain America and Thor and hulk and Hawkeye and black panther and star lord and even black widow and you could have a building of stark tower and a building of the mothership you could also have a parade float of iron man fighting thanos I think this would be great for the game and a lot of people would enjoy it

This game is really addicting and fun. However there are some problems. It is really hard to get or level up characters because you need so many things that are hard to get to even get the character. Also you need to spend 200 gems just to get Rex or Pluto. Another thing is the wait times. It starts out easy at 10 seconds but it is then Raised to 4 hours of watching Goody and Mickey come up with a handshake. This game is really time consuming to play. Also magic is really hard to get. Areas in the kingdom can be 50,000 and I’m struggling just to get 1,000. Ofcourse I don’t expect you to fix these problems right away but I am aware that you’ve gotten some of these complaints too. There’s a very annoying bug with Merlin’s token shop right now. I’m unable to purchase once a day and instead it’s a week. This seems to have applied to the coffee refreshes too, making the current Maleficent event basically unplayable. It’s a fun game other wise, but this bug has really dampened my feelings on it

I have played this game from almost the beginning and spent quite a bit of money during that time. I BOUGHT the season pass and didn’t collect my final items before a trifecta of changes began from the developers. (Maintenance, update etc) I contacted customer care who took my player I’d, confirmed my progress and said they couldn’t give me the items I PAID for. They did give me 5 gems for my troubles. 🙄 This game has lost the magic it once had and I was holding out hope that the developers to breathe some life back into it, but this was just wrong. I am out. There are better games out there, so I will spend my money on those.

They won’t help you recover your account or give you back anything purchases when they changed the game loft id. Hundreds of dollars spent, years playing and get told you haven’t lost progress. Don’t waste your time or money

Love it but I keep getting a notification in the app saying “ You versions is outdated. Please update to the latest version and try again” but there is no update this happens at least once per week, please fix.

Is a very fun game I love Disney world

Magic Kingdom is a great game for relaxing me, but please add more characters, like Mary Poppins or Kingdom Hearts characters, and if you add Kingdom Hearts characters to Magic Kingdom, please be sure to give Donald and Goofy their iconic Kingdom Hearts costumes. That’s all I am asking. ( Or just make Kingdom Hearts characters story characters)

Not a bad game especially if you like Disney but it’s progressively slow. And as always to more money you spend the faster and more you can do things. If you don’t mind the slow progress it’s a fun game

This game is one of my favorite games! It has no flaws in my opinion.I love how people come and ride your rides. I also love how there are all sorts of Disney characters from movies that you can meet!It’s so exciting,because the villain from Sleeping Beauty comes and curses all the rides.I hope you will enjoy this game

This game has been going really great so far. The graphics are spot on, and the issues with the ads have been resolved. And I’ve unlocked and collected quite a number of characters and additions to the park. Though the only problem is the limited space for attractions and limited characters free to roam.

In spite of this game being a money trap, it’s so addictive I can’t stop playing! Love the idea of constructing your own Disney theme park. If only they would also crest a type of theme park game constructing your own Universal Studios, or Sea World! Anyway, love how characters are introduced one by one! Love the events and all in all, love all things Disney. Period.

We need more kingdom limit for our characters its stupid you only can have 100 and not lot it needs to be upgraded and it’s also ridiculous they haven’t given us chest like the black cauldron and dumbo and such it’s really annoying they don’t do this make everything so expensive

This game is so fun and villains don’t know what they’re doing but this game is so fun you should play it.

No sound I have nothing to do

I like that you can create your own kingdom. I couldn’t believe my eyes when figment got added to the game. Also I like how it is not just themed to Mickey Mouse but it is themed to most of the Disney movies. I was looking In the background and saw this one different so it was a different picture made of glass.Also it has a very nice story.Disney is my favorite app I am addicted.I also like the special events they are so fun.Last but not least I like how quick the updates come so you can always get new characters.

They need to bring back the voices

After updating the app I cannot get the app to open, it keeps saying “no internet connection” I have tried with WiFi on and with WiFi off, it just will not open?

So I have been playing for about a year and all of a sudden now I can only have 75 characters out inside my kingdom even though I have paid for over 50 of the characters with real money. I am so mad in about it with the game over this ban and many are too and now everything is pay to win

If you put this on ID you will get stuck with ID on Disney Kingdoms!!!!😡

The game is long and I love that

No one can get on the app…. it spins and spins and then says no Internet connection. when we do have Internet connection! Everything other app works fine. Just your game is down.

Can’t connet no matter what Wi-Fi service area I’m in and or using my cellur data

Hello been playing this game 9 years this latest update has caused a glitch and I can no longer get into the game it says no internet connection. I tried turning off WiFi and re installing game ( which I was scared to do because I didn’t want to lose 9 years of progress) still no able to get into game. I will be very bummed if I can no longer play as it is a part of my daily life

Failed updates taking fun out of game

Game used to be fun snd loved to play. now every time there an update you move stuff and characters around and no more land options plus there is opportunity to buy characters at a high cost. Losing interest

After successfully watching video ads for free rewards such as Magic, Gems, Chests, or Time Skips, most of the time it didn’t give me anything, even after I successfully watched through the video ads, stable internet connection, and restarted the app. Please find a way to fix the problem so to reward everyone with compensation.

Why do you have to update this game so much?

I absolutely love this game and since I am under 18 I have a lot of time to play. But if you don’t have a lot of time on your hands it might take a lot longer to complete the game.

I really enjoy this game, unlocking the new characters one by one. Each collection has a story that usually refers back to those movies. They are making it harder and harder to complete special events and upgrade the characters and attractions without real money purchases. It is theoretically possible to play without spending much money, but your progress will be slowed, your collections will be missing some characters, and you will be constantly frustrated and disappointed.

I love the game play and the story line is great. I love welcoming new characters. Makes it a great challenge to collect them

Any Avengers coming soon?

I enjoy this game. That being said … while I enjoy the events, storylines, and characters, I despise the fact that the costs have gone up drastically in the 4-6 months. Characters that are part of the event used to be an easy choice, but now budget is much more included in the thought process of purchasing or not.

I love this game it is amazing

Starts out fun collecting characters. But as you will find out after playing a while you will not be getting legendary characters without a lot of stress. You spend your time sending characters on missions for hours just to be told sorry you got to send them again another couple hours to find out sorry, send them again. The game holds you up before the character is available. Maybe 2 days, then find out you don’t have enough time to collect the character. You were close but they’re gone for a year. But you can buy them for a price of 29.99. Proceed at your own stress level.

Can you get Scratte, Shira, and Brook from Ice Age, and the Wish characters?

This game is pointless. It lets you play up until a certain point and then try’s to force you into spending money on it in order to progress further. Pointless game, waste of time. I do not recommend this for kids especially, will just be a big disappointment. As a Disney lover, I honestly dislike this game. :(

I love this game. It’s so cute. I have been playing this game probably since it came out. I wanted to leave this review for some suggestions for some upcoming updates in the future. Not sure if I should put here in the review but I a, going to leave it here. I would love to see Ariel’s sisters be added to the kingdom. As will I also love to see Tinker bells friends and her sister be added. And the characters from the descendants. Just some ideas…. Thank you

I like the graphics, it’s very beautifully done with details of the kids in the park and everything. But first off the ads are insane. I’ve played other games and the ads in this game are by far the worst. It’s specifically terrible when you tap the X on the video ad and it just brings you to another website. Then tap the X again and it brings you to the ads website again and over again. This is wrong and should be outlawed that pressing the X on an ad just brings you to another website that you didn’t authorize going to. It’s not right. And also the makers of the game should consider having us play mini games to get the stuff we want instead of just watching annoying ads that you can’t get out of. Having mini games within the game would be fun, just run ads on the bottom of the screen so it doesn’t interrupt anything. I like the Disney park it’s fun and happy but needs more actual play time. I wish these things could improve.

An ad every 3-5 minutes for a game that you already have to pay 6.99 a month to play is a little much. Do better Disney.

Something changed over the course of the last 4-5 events (just read their Instagram comments). This game is virtually unplayable at this point unless the user is willing to pay $30 an event (and they’re having a new event every month or so). Just know that if you start this game, you’re never going to get very far in it unless you pay. Used to be a great game, but they’ve made the item drop rate impossibly low, so you can play all day but they’re gonna throttle your progress so you pay to get the character vs earning it the right way.

Played 9 years as I loved the game… no more… reasons are it is a money grab …. Too expensive … plus to get all characters you must play 24 hrs a day….

If you haven’t been playing the game, don’t waste your time downloading at this point. The quality of the game has gone downhill drastically over the past year or so. The game started introducing Ice Age, which isn’t even a Disney property! The developers have made it nearly impossible to finish events without spending $30+ to get the last character. Don’t mind spending money on a game, and have spent money on this game in the past, but no longer willing to open the wallet on this cash grab of a game that doesn’t care about the players and so close to pulling the plug on this game I’ve been playing for almost 7 years and have spent money on intermittently.

Been playing this game nine years and I love playing it whenever I am doing absolutely nothing and it helps me kill time. But I just got an update and all of a sudden those kids got big papa creepy heads very uncomfortable. I won’t lie. It’s really creepy seeing big bobble heads with no bodies can we go back to the little tiny children just running around a Disney park instead of these Papa heads

Could be fun but there’s a pop up ad every minute. To have this in a game where you already give players the option to watch ads willingly is just greedy, but we can’t expect any less from Disney.
