Good but needs serious updates

This app is a lot of fun when its working correctly. There are two issues in particular that frustrates me and plenty of others.

1. It seems like every other day it happens when Ill go on the app for a few minutes, come back a few hours later and none of my rides/characters are ready for collecting but yet my happiness has gone down significantly! Its as if I never closed out of the game!

2. Touch sensitivity is such a large issue in this game as well. I have to click twice to collect most of the time. Also I think anyone who has been playing the game for a while now has accidentally pressed the button to spend gems to speed up the collection time of the rides. A pop up confirmation window should be added to the game so no one accidentally spends gems. I have also heard customer service can be quite rude when you ask for a refund after accidentally doing this.

Please, please fix these issues Disney. I know this game just came out recently but I think the majority of us think these particular issues should be addressed soon.
